The elderly and disabled are our primary receivers, and where possible we also try to help our veterans, single parents, and other disadvantaged populations.

If you need assistance, please tell us BEFORE your service starts. Once your service has been completed, we have no choice but to charge our full rate, as we are counting on that income to meet our own bill requirements.

A few creative options are:

• Property liens. This allows us to put a lien against your property to ensure that eventually we will be paid, even if that is not until many years down the road. This is especially beneficial for the elderly and disabled, as it allows them to use their home value without having to add any payments that draw against their fixed income.

• HELOC. We offer loans backed by the value of your home. These also are recorded as liens against your property.

• Barter/Trade. We love to barter and trade, and are open to trading all sorts of goods, services and more.
