Here at Curated Home Maintenance, our primary focuses are simplicity, and service. To that end, we keep everything we do as simple as possible, including our price plans.

We offer monthly service plans for residential and commercial customers, providing a reasonable, fixed monthly payment to take care of all of your planned and preventative maintenance requirements on an annual basis. Such services include, but are not limited to- lawn and landscaping, weed and pest control, preventative maintenance and inspections, and your water and HVAC filters.

Any customer on a monthly service plan will also have one service call fee waived every month on our extensive list of additional services we offer, excluding subcontracted and emergency services.
